Privacy & analytics
Last updated: 19 September 2026.
This website is operated by Tomasz Banaczkowski, known as DJ Tomban. For privacy questions or requests, contact djtomban@gmail.com.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand how people discover this website and which music, stories and links interest them. It may process a cookie identifier, approximate location, browser and device information, visits, time spent, referral sources and interactions. Google receives technical connection information when the tag loads. We do not send your email address or the content of messages to Analytics.
Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Decline analytics” leaves the music and links available. We use your consent for this optional measurement. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation.
Analytics collection is restricted to djtomban.com and www.djtomban.com.
Your choice and cookies
Your analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. If enabled, Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without renewal. Browser settings may shorten that period. You can reopen “Analytics settings” in the footer of the home page and decline at any time. This stops future measurement, clears the Analytics cookies available to this site and reloads the page. Withdrawing permission does not erase data already processed by Google.
Google and your data
Google processes analytics information for this website. Depending on the service arrangements, processing may involve countries outside your country of residence. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from partner sites. User and event data are retained for 14 months, without resetting this period on new activity; aggregated reports may be retained separately.
Music services and external links
Spotify loads only when you separately allow its player. That choice does not enable Google Analytics. Opening an external music or social platform takes you to a service with its own privacy rules. A recorded link click does not prove you played, saved, bought or followed anything on that platform.
Contact and rights
If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact us using the address above.
